Our free method means that we use the most cost-effective shipping option available. We use various services from FedEx and US Postal Service. We will not falsify customs forms. The customs form will report the exact value of the purchase price for the products. In addition, we will not mark the package as a gift. The buyer is responsible for any taxes, VAT, duties and import fees that the destination country may charge. Let's make this simple... If you aren't happy, we're not happy. If any of our products don't meet or exceed your expectations within the first 90 days of receipt, you may return it for any reason for a full refund of the purchase price of the product, excluding shipping.
